What will happen once I purchase the 1:1 package?
After you purchase the package, you will fill out a detailed questionnaire about your little one's sleep. The more information you can provide, the better. Baby sleep can often be a puzzle and we have to explore all of the pieces to determine the best plan to move forward. After the questionnaire is completed, you will be able to book your 60-minute Zoom consultation. After our call, you'll want to keep an eye out for an email with your personalized sleep plan. The sleep plan will have all of the necessary guides and resources to get your little one sleeping amazingly. The sleep plan is so detailed and will give you step-by-step guidance, but we will also be available to support you for the next two weeks through our online messaging platform!
What will we discuss on the Zoom call and will it be recorded?
Our discussion includes a conversation regarding your child's: daily schedule, room environment, sleep habits, daycare, personality traits, meals, and health history. Of course, you can ask us anything! We will also discuss the sleep plan and strategies to improve your child's sleep! If you would like the call to be recorded, then just let us know. Most families love to know they can watch the video again and get a refresher on sleep tips and strategies.
When does my two weeks of support start?
You get to choose when the clock starts on your two weeks of support! We want families to find the ideal time that works best for them. We will respond to your questions Monday-Friday (2x per day) for two weeks. If you purchase the additional bedtime support, please look at the next question to get more specifics.

What does the bedtime support look like?
We know it can be nerve-wracking thinking about how the first nights of sleep training will go. That's why we offer support for the entirety of bedtime for 2 nights. Once you've decided which night you will begin sleep training, let us know so we can be prepared (at least 48 hours notice.) During bedtime support, we will be on standby for any questions or concerns you have. We will communicate through 1:1 text messaging (available worldwide) and will be there to guide, support and motivate you until your little one falls asleep. We'll also clarify what to do for any night wakings that might occur. You'll have a clear plan on exactly what to do. It will feel like you have a sleep consultant on speed dial!

Families can request a refund prior to the Zoom consultation. Given the high level of customization and planning that are involved with both the Zoom call and sleep plan, we are unable to offer refunds after the call takes place.
